Aman Ashraf Faiz is a marketing expert in Brand Building, Media Channel Management, Brand Activation, Rural Marketing and OOH Media, Marketing Research and PR Management with 20 years of work experience. He has lead brand building and communication deployment for all Unilever brands in Bangladesh as the Activation Planning Manager & Head of Media Management. He introduced formal Rural Marketing Channel in Bangladesh and led the largest rural activation of the market.
He has also inspired and transformed the entire Grameenphone media management team to drive efficiency and innovation, monitoring mechanism, process innovation, audience centric buying, and process automation.
Aman also led major media projects of the country namely, Close up 1, Lux Channel i Super Star, Lux Channel I Performance Award (UAE), 1st simulcasting in 7 TV channels & 4 Radio & 2 Webcast: GP's Duniya Kapano 30 Min, Amar Desh Amar Gorbo, Power Voice, Fair & Handsome -The Ultimate Man, Grameenphone Power Play (BPL) etc. He was pioneer in introducing break free media contents in Bangladesh.
Aman is currently leading the fastest growing TV channel – GTV. He was instrumental to launch international sports content from GTV. Some of the milestones that he initiated from GTV are; Innovative TV channel relaunch with clear brand positioning “Ami Ja Dekhi Tumi Ki Ta Dekho”, introducing BREAKFREE EID FEST, Giving sight to blind through TV program “SHOPNO DEKHE CHOCK” etc.
With a strong academic background and real-life experience, Aman also served as Guest lecturer in the best business schools of the country and has published multiple articles. He also did Key note paper presentation on PPP (Public Private Partnership) in the global forum of CARE (Global NGO). Aman has multiple original research articles published on rural marketing.
